In some countries, i.e. in Switzerland the employees have by labor law the right to an objective, clearly written and fair qualification. At the same time, the reference letter must be formulated in a benevolent manner and should promote the professional advancement of the employee. We take over the writing, analyzing and revising of job references. Each reference is individually written in a meaningful way. Normally we work with your templates and documents such as reference sheets, job descriptions, employee apraisals and other performance appraisals. If these are not available, we have our own survey form.
